Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos (Ikeja, Surulere, Jakande, Lekki), Warri - Delta, Kano, Port Harcourt City - Rivers

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Advising customers on range of products and services and helping make a selection
  • Serving customers and responding to a wide array of questions
  • Processing payments
  • Daily visual merchandising and stock management
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Maintaining store ambience and cleanliness at all times
Job Requirements
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent customer engagement and service skills
  • Quick learner especially willing to learn company’s products and services
  • Interest in retail and sales driven personality
  • A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment
  • Retail experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time
Working Conditions
  • The job requires standing and or walking around the shop floor during your shift
  • 8 hours per day in any 5 days of the week
  • Keep up to date with products and services
  • Follow company procedures and policies
  • Compliant with labour standards for pensions and healthcare for confirmed staff
