Job Title: Manager - Finance and Administration
Location: Magodo - Shangisha, Lagos
Job Description
- Maintain the company’s books of account.
- Prepare financial statements of the company.
- Prepare Cashflow/projection
- Prepare and manage Budget
- Prepare necessary weekly and monthly Management Information Reports
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Cost tracking and management
- Prepare Account for several project and report on each
- Liaise with the company’s auditors and regulatory authorities
- Provide leadership and supervision to the Finance and Administration staff
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Other related jobs as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Age: Not below 32 years
- Conversant with any of Tally, Peachtree, Sage or Officemate accounting packages.
- Good appreciation of Microsoft office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc...)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounting practice or related roles from any industry.
- ICAN Qualified or Finalist is compulsory criteria
- Assertive and should exhibit ability to deputize in absence of CEO.
- Conversant with relevant aspects of IFRS provisions
- Ability to handle handling tax matters is a must
