Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- She will be attending to customers & client calls, someone that will be dealing with customers request by directing the customers to the right department to handle the customers issue.
- She must have administrative skill in keeping record of every customers complaint & give weekly report
- She must been able to multitask
- Patience in dealing with customer matter
- She must be proficient in every job descriptions & Hygienic.
Qualifications/Requirements
- OND, HND, preferred but BSc will add more advantage;
- Good looking, carefully in handling customers matters
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
- Familiar with use computer
- Under 27 years old.
