Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team, clients, and other external partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction with Agency's services
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client
  • Negotiate effectively
  • Delegate tasks effectively
  • Develop and evaluate strategy documents and offer constructive feedback
  • Help to maintain/grow existing businesses and prospect for new clients
  • Collaborate with different work groups and units to improve client support and satisfaction
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years agency or client experience
  • Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Arts and Languages added with problem-solving skills and a keen business sense
  • Self-confidence
  • Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
