Job Title: Experience Retail Manager (Fresh Foods)
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Achieve targeted sales and margins by ensuring product availability, product quality, service levels and cost controls
- Achieve consistency quality of all fresh, prepared and baked food products per the company’s standards.
- Responsible for KPIs such as sales, margin, waste management, stock-turns and food cost.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input and information. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers.
- Ensure full compliance with the Standard operating procedures (SOPs) within department.
- Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity
- Maintain HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards by implementing, monitoring standards and conducting refresher training.
- Manage and control inventory to ensure zero stock-outs, minimal wastages, minimize overstocks and control shrink and loss.
