Job Title: Project Hook Up Fleet-Marine Coordinator
Locations: Lagos and Port Harcourt-Rivers
Business area: Operations/Project Management
Job Description
- The function will be key in the planning- and coordination of all marine operations in the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the hook up, brownfield and pee- commissioning fleet activities before and during operations in Nigeria
- During the preparation stage, responsible for the interface with hook up engineering team and installation engineering team to make sure that the right type of marine spread is selected for the project and the task.
- Keep update the market availability of suitable vessels for hook up and brownfield jobs: jack up, floating barges, DP vessels, moored vessels and crew boats.
- Liaise with MVS from the Company and to guarantee a prompt spread selection, approval and operational efficiency for the selected fleet
- Tracking the approval and deployment process for marine spread from bid through approval and operation until demob.
- Preparing and leading marine campaign meetings, making sure that the outcome is well transferred to Owners and other stakeholders
- Prepare the marine spread RFQ and follow up the selection.
Qualification/Experience/Skills
- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in marine coordination in major oil & gas field developments
- Good knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and standards
- Good knowledge of risk processes md.
- mRA)HAzop,L&zIT)
- Experience working with EPCI Contractors for major IOC's
- Knowledge in Project Management and Contract Management is required.
