Job Title: Scrum Master Mentoring Consultant
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes. This involves coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables and make sure that project is working smoothly and the deadlines are been met.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Acts as safeguard for his team.
Qualification and Skills
- Scrum Master certification
- Tech or software experience
- Product management experience is a plus
- Experience working with programmers of across functional development team
