Responsibilities
- The Sand Control Tools Specialist is fully competent in the installation of the lower completion including but not limited to: Open Hole and Cased Hole Standalone Screens Installations, open Hole and Cased Hole Gravel Pack Operations, One trip Perforating and Gravel Pack Application, Multi-zones Gravel Pack techniques, Stimulation services.
- He will report to the Field Service Manager or to a more senior Field Engineer or Field Specialist.
- Participates/Leads on Sand face Installations.
- Participates/Leads on the job preparation process in accordance with company or client specific Quality Plans.
- Submits accurate and timely paper work and job reports capturing any lessons learned.
- Performs in the role of a mentor to junior Field Specialist or Junior Field Engineers
- Liaises with the Client on location and assist in troubleshooting.
- Ensures installation procedures are followed without compromising safety.
- Communicates with the Service Quality Coach and/or Engineer in Charge on a frequent basis to implement improvements in job procedures, equipment, personnel. Logistics, procurement. Copied: www.hotnigerianjobs.com
Requirements
- Minimum of a technical degree (HND) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in field services management in a multicultural / multinational environment (or with multinational clients).
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Adaptable to field conditions (rig environment, offshore/land)
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Good communication skills.
- Strong commitment to Safety, Quality, efficiency.
