Responsibilities
- The Project Engineer shall develop and revise drawings and technical documentation of equipment and systems according to contract requirements.
- He/She will report to the project Manager
- Cross discipline Design/Layout coordination in Project
- Performance of periodical Layout & Design Reviews, using Autodesk Navis 3D tool
- Performing systematic logging and action follow-up & close out from reviews & findings
- Internal/external technical multidiscipline communication
- Undertakes design verification, which may include but not limited to: risk analysis, failure analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Design Reviews, Design calculations to establish a full Design Verification Package (DVP) to satisfy the verification plan.
- Ensures that the project is designed in accordance with current HSE legislation.
Requirements
- BSc Engineering design from a recognised institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in oil & gas industry
- Experience with design tools " COREN Certified "
- Fluency in English is compulsory
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
- Should be Self-motivated
