Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Overall Job Position Objectives
- To achieve prudent financial Management, safeguarding all assets and ensuring no financial loss to the company.
- To ensure that Management obtains consistently; timely, accurate, complete and relevant financial information for decision making and planning purposes.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Providing direction in establishing accounting objectives and policies
- Planning and Coordination of the annual budgeting process as well as directing and providing the accounting and fiscal data needed to meet the company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Responsible for all phases of reviews of financial and internal controls to determine whether such controls are adequate to meet management objectives
- Preparation of Management Account Reports
- General Ledger Management
- Billing, Revenue And Receivables Management
- Expenditure And Accounts Payable Management
- Payrolls And Staff Compensation Payments
- Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Bank Reconciliation Management
- Managing Statutory & Regulatory Compliance- Taxes, Pension, etc
- Fixed Assets Management- Fixed assets schedules, identification, insurance e.t.c
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- ICAN or ACCA is a must
- 4 Years minimum experience; 2 of which must be post ACA
