Summary
  • The Front Office Manager manages staff in all Front Office / Guest Service areas to provide efficient service to guests.
  • Assists the General Manager with the efficient and effective running of the Front Office Department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, revenues and Occupancy, Supervise and control Front Office standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues and profits to agreed budgetary limits.
Education and/or Experience Required
  • Minimum of Hotel Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in similar position.
  • Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in branded/luxury Hotel required.
