Summary
- Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and, on a daily basis, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.
- Tracks room revenue, food and beverages revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office and food and beverages operating statistics.
Education and/or Experience Required
- Minimum of College, Diploma or University Degree preferred in Hospitality/Customer Service.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in similar position.
- Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in branded/luxury Hotel required.
