Summary
- Primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction.
- Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
Education and/or Experience Required
- Minimum of College, Diploma or University Degree in Hospitality Management is an asset.
- 3 to 5 years experience as Front Office Supervisor.
- Knowledge of the hotel industry.
