Description
The Facility Officer will be required to function in any of the following roles:
- Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Technicians, Mechanical Technicians, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineers and/ or Technicians, Plumbers.
Summary
- Under direction of Maintenance Supervisor or other appropriate administrative staff responsible for the general maintenance and/or minor repairs to hotel department buildings and to do related tasks as required.
Education and/or Requirements
- B.Sc/HND/OND/Trade Test I, II, Ill in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Air Conditioning or related discipline.
- Experience in 35OKVA SDMO Generators and above will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a related field, which should include understanding and managing power installations (as relates to IKEDC. generators, Panels, Bus Bar Risers and UPS’s).
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and services.
