Job Summary
- Must have a clear understand of hotel's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies, which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.
- Dealing with staff welfare and administration-centered activities, but also strategy and planning.
Education and Experience Required
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or International Relations & Personnel Management Member of IPM an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in star hotel a definite advantage.
