Description
- We seek to employ a Head, Sales & Marketing.
- Project management duties include delivering every project on time and within budget and scope.
- The ideal candidate must have background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales and marketing targets by successfully managing team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Monitoring of sales and marketing representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales and marketing, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Managing Director.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to products and services.
- Marketing products and services to corporate customers
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s in any discipline and a Master’s Degree in any business related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in Sales, Marketing and Haulage
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel Office
- Track record of Exceptional team leading.
