Responsibilities
  • The desired candidate will be accountable and responsible for the sales as well as become consultants to customers in road construction equipment, managing stocks and liaising with manufacturers.
  • He/She will be responsible to develop and support specialized direct and indirect sales channels.
  • We will also be looking out for someone with technical knowledge i.e. he should have knowledge about construction equipment.
  • To promote Dynapac product range to customer by undertaking product presentation
  • To interact actively with customers so as to become their consultant in Road Construction issues.
  • To follow-up existing customer showing high degree of commitment and professionalism
  • To find & develop new potential customers
  • To set and maintain a clear activity agenda
  • To undertake proposals, including the calculation of sales price to achieve sales
  • To protect and promote company s price and premium positioning thru our core values: innovation, commitment and interaction
  • To report, using sales tools and databases, activities and information collected in the market (customers, competitors, actions in progress..)
  • To develop and support specialized indirect sales channels to grow the Power Pillar
  • To follow up all sales relevant steps (proposal, contract, order, invoice and payment)
  • To monitor movements and performance of competition and deepen understanding of competitive landscape in assigned territory
  • To build rapport with local service team and increase customer satisfaction
  • To strictly follow the company s Business Code of Practice in all activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, within a technical sales environment preferably on construction equipment
  • Holder of a clean driving licence and with good experience on the road
  • Oral & Written Communication
  • Commit to self development, be accountable for the mission and show a high level of engagement.
  • Demanding and always looking for high standards in all activities and projects
  • Good planning & organizing skills, able to define the right priorities, Plan and work in systematic and organized way
  • Result oriented
