Responsibilities
  • Response to customer requests and enquiries
  • Timely and innovative record management systems
  • Working with personnel to promote customer support systems
  • Promoting sales of aftermarket products such as service agreements etc
  • Tracking customer requests and maintaining excellent lines of communication until completion
  • Maintaining pricing review processes and issues log
  • Utilizing company alternative resources and products to promote service administration
  • Participating in employee development programmes including products and applications trainings
  • Assisting with warehousing activities
Requirements
  • BSc in Engineering / IT, Business or Economics from a recognised institution
  • At least 1 year experience in service environment
  • Must be resident in Abuja
  • Possess a knowledge of aftermarket products and service activities
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
  • English Language proficiency both written and oral
  • Possess a knowledge of maintenance and scheduling
  • Possess a proactive personality and be a self starter
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Should be team oriented and outgoing
