Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient reporting of:
- ICE / Hyperion reporting (Including Pre Flash, Flash, Actual & FC)
- Gross sales to NR analysis - Management Letter and KPIs
- State case factors analysis on monthly / quarterly (FC) basis
- Ensure strong Control environment and ensure nil surprises
- To co-ordinate with sales and marketing and provide support in financial analysis like promo ROIs, NPD Financials etc
- To co-ordinate with other departments and to ensure export market sales numbers are met as per target.
- Timely and accurate preparation of annual Plan and forecasts. Also ensure accurate and timely submissions of supporting charts and schedules.
- Develop product pricing models in consultation with Marketing and sales "Conduct monthly audits of Consumer Marketing and Trade Marketing commitments report exceptions
- To review trade claims and ensure these are fully policy compliant.
- To review debtor balances on daily basis and ensure all balances remain within the credit limits
Requirements
- The candidate would have a Post qualification experience of at least 3-5 years.
- Experience in FMCG industry is not mandatory but will be to the candidate's advantage.
- Solid Excel / Access Working Knowledge
- Exposure/working knowledge of ERP systems (J.D. Edwards preferred), Hyperion and Microsoft office (Advanced level)
- Strong track record of Financial management and delivery is critical
- Flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem solving skills
- Energetic with excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels
- Ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes
- Credible commercial and business awareness
- Be able to cope under continued pressure and to deliver upon tight reporting deadline
- Product, Market knowledge of financial services
- Must be hard working
