Responsibilities
- Operating company own service center and manage service team at generator maintenance unit
- Extend more authorized service workshops to cover major market and manage them to support our brand strategy
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Organize brand service campaign
- Assist General Manager to reach work target
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years work experience at customer care or after sales service.
- Knowledge of office management practices.
