Job Description
- Main tasks will include but are not limited to the following.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending project procedures and good practices.
- Identification of any slippage( cost/schedule) and proposal of corrective action.
- Ability to build technical/commercial offer.
- Interface between management and project staff.
- Material procurement, delivery and storage.
- Good abilities for work planning.
- Ensure human resources are optimized and no position is vacant anticipate future standby.
- Ability to communicate fluently with all.
Requirements
- B.Sc Accounting/Business Management/ Cost Control.
- Possession of PMP will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years work experience in the project costing and accounting.
- Cost control and project costing and management is very important and compulsory for this role.
- Proficiency in the use of various computer packages.
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Organised, creative and committed.
- Good communication skills.
- Good use of Excel.
