Job Description
- 2nd level Supervision of Drive Test teams.
- Responsible for in-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation.
- Responsible for High level in-depth performance analysis.
- Responsible for network performance improvement.
- Responsible for frequency/PSC /PCI planning & tuning and UTRAN /eUTRAN optimization.
- Responsible for GSM/UMTS/LTE network troubleshooting/analysis and problem resolution.
- Responsible for customer support for network bottleneck resolution, radio KPI related queries and timely delivery of Optimization services.
- Responsible for Traffic Strategy for all network 2G/3G/4G
- Responsible for Multi-Carrier and Carrier Aggregation Optimization and Strategy
- Responsible for RF Design and Tuning for 2G/3G/4G
- Experience with Nokia, Huawei equipment will be desirable.
Requirements
- First Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines
- M.Sc in a related subject will be an advantage.
- At least 12 years' experience in radio planning and optimization with a mobile telecomm operator or consulting
- Experience with Nokia, Huawei equipment will be desirable
