Job Title: French Proficient Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
- Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Must be proficient in speaking French Language.
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND or its equivalent in Engineering or any Technical related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Support Officer
- Must be Proficient in speaking French.
Required Skills:
- Must have Technical Support Skills and as well ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
- Ability to deal with difficult callers
- Logical thinker
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Must have Electronics/Computer Science/ Engineering Background
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Good accurate records keeping.
