Job Title: Seibel Application Administrators
Ref: SPM
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily Operations, Administration & Maintenance (OAM) and support of business applications (CRM, IP Contact Centre).
- Ensure applications are fully functional and performing optimally.
- Configure application parameters.
- Partake in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Operation Readiness Tests (ORT).
- Responsible for software upgrades and patches.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and any other related field.
- Relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Project Management/Programming Management.
- Good understanding of Call Centre Operations and trends in the telecommunication industry.
- Good knowledge of Siebel CRM, IP contact Centre, Windows, Unix, Oracle RDBMS and networking fundamentals.
