Job Title: Results & Records Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Results & Records Officers in our facilities are responsible for typing, printing or otherwise generating results or reports for various tests and clinical investigations, as well as the update and maintenance of accurate, up-to-date patient/client information on relevant company databases.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration or related disciplines; with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate, able to use Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel and other administrative software effectively & efficiently
- Smart and able to multi-task; capable of handling several issues at the same time and meet deadlines
- Patient & Reliable
- Any experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or any other information management software is a definite advantage.
