Job Title: Assistant Event Center Manager
Location: Lagos
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Venue Manager with onsite core business processes, including sales, maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor relations
- Oversees events as it pertains to the Venue.
- Welcomes prospective clients and presents property to clients, utilizing company sales techniques and expectations.
- Answers incoming phone calls professionally and handles accordingly.
- Immediate follow thru with client issues, bringing a satisfactory resolution
- Regular monitoring of prospective clients through follow-up phone calls and emails.
- Possess and utilize effective communication techniques when dealing with customers.
- Conducts themselves in a professional, business-like manner.
- Possesses ability to maintain a positive, happy attitude in times of stress and conflict.
- Maintains professional relationships with clients, associates and vendors, always.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening when called upon.
Requirement/Qualification
- 2 Years experience in similar role, must be proactive and has good communication skills.
- OND/HND/BSc.
