Personality Profile
- Forward looking businessman/woman of impeccable Character
- Strong passion for business target delivery and growth.
- Commitment to exceeding set targets, in line with the rules of Key Distributorship Scheme.
Financial Networth
Must provide verifiable statement of financial net worth.
- Ability to provide own funds to the tune of three (3) weeks stock Cover, which could be between N30 – N60 million minimum depending on the assigned territory.
- Ability to provide acceptable collateral to secure credit from reputable banks enlisted on the Unilever Key Distributorship Scheme.
- Capable of providing required infrastructure to ensure effective Coverage of the assigned territory:
- Exclusive Warehousing facilities with alternative power supply
- Operational Vans
- Key Distributor Business Manager
- Sales Supervisor
- Sales Representatives/back office staff
- Computer System and Printer – Hand Held Terminals and Mobile Printers
- Telecommunications facilities and Scanning Machine.
