Import Your Car Nigeria Limited (IYCN) is an auto brokerage firm situated in Lagos Nigeria. IYCN provides an online platform for its clients to SEARCH, BID and BUY new and used vehicles from the USA and Canada.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Client Services Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries,take phone orders, re-route calls to other staff and provide basic company information.
- Take and resolve client complaints or escalate it to the appropriate departments.
- Work with the marketing,sales and IT departments when required.
- Help maintain files, scan, photocopy, print and organize office documents
Requirements
- Applicants must be smart, social, friendly,fluent and must be able to relate calmly with clients physically and on the phone.We require H.N.D or B.S.C holders for this role.
