Job Description
- The Branch Manager is in charge of developing business relationships and providing insurance solutions via company products and services.
- The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. He/ She will manage client accounts and generate new sales ideas.
- This includes innovative sales strategies/sector penetration, grow the share of Brokers and Clients wallet, develop winning proposals and business plans.
- Analyze industry trend and adjust to maximize growth potentials, Liaise with the technical team for prompt turnaround time and provide feedback as obtained on the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Highly demonstrated job/industry knowledge
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Encouraging team and staff, be able to mentor and lead
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed
