Job Title: Customer Service Personnel

Job Description
The Customer Service personnel would be responsible for the following:
- Answering product questions
- Suggesting information about other products
- Processing orders
- Resolving product problems
- Managing incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solution
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Have an SSCE or NCE
- Be people oriented
- Able to pay attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure.
