Job Title: Floor Sales Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Participate in the day to day running of the shop.
- Ensure the shop and displays are clean at all times.
- Operate the till and accurately handle cash and credit/debit cards operations.
- Respond promptly to the orders from the online stores.
- Receive deliveries, shelf and store them.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations.
- Ensure excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times.
- Develop a good knowledge of the RDF goods and keep the customers well informed.
- Adhere to the department’s dress code.
- Any other assignment designated by the Head, Airport Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualifications.
- Good people and process management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
