Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring movements of valuables as scheduled.
- Ensure documentation of transaction instruments are complete and accurate.
- Managing client request and delivering superior levels of service to all customers.
- Ensuring safe delivery of valuables to various customers is scheduled.
- Assist in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process.
- Daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting in line with SLA.
- Adhere to internal control procedures and policies of the company.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, business ethics and company policies and procedures.
- Adherence to proper recording of all movement.
- Other duties as assigned by the Lead CIT Operations/MD.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Management or related field.
- 2 - 3 years Experience.
