Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct proper research and prepare basic written arguments.
- Attend matters in Court.
- Take proper notes at meetings or court actions.
- Move non-contentious applications.
- Draft basic pleadings.
- File processes in all the courts.
- Write status reports on cases.
- Conduct searches on the court files.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communications skills.
- Basic interest and knowledge of the law.
- A willingness and ability to learn the law and practice.
- Team Player.
- Willingness and ability to follow instructions.
- 2-3years experience.
