Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Senior Architect, the architectural draftsman is technically responsible for architectural drawings, their accuracy and on-time delivery. The position requires thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural CAD based software.
- The main mission of the position is to perform architectural layout, details and shop drawings.
- Architectural layouts and detailed drawings.
- Drafting of layout and shop drawings for buildings and civil structures.
Requirements
- Must hold a HND or OND in Civil Architectural related works or in a related discipline
- Having a previous experience in architectural layout drawings is also an advantage
- Should have 5 O’ level credit including English and mathematics
- Has expert knowledge in AutoCAD and other common software in architectural design
- Must be authorised to work in Nigeria and should have finished NYAC.
- Is a self-starter and can work independently
- Demonstrates excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
