Job Title: Managing Director/CEO

Job Description
- The MD/CEO is in charge of the day to day operations of the bank and is answerable to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- First degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification in any business-related discipline may be an advantage).
- Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience with at least five (5) years in the financial service industry and three (3) years at the senior management level.
- Candidate must possesses hands-on knowledge of microfinance banking and has a Certificate in Microfinance Banking, issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
- Applicant must be knowledgeable in IT.
