Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic Events Associate to join our team, providing specialized services in strategic communication, brand management, events and activations, production and media strategy.
Responsibilities
- The Event Associate will be responsible for the conceptualizing and implementation of activations and all events.
- Management of campaigns and projects within specified budgets;
- Creating, obtaining approval thereof and maintaining budget for each project;
- Creating and maintaining project plans;
- Project implementation;
- Project Management; Deadline driven;
- General assistance with Presentations as and when required;
- Timeous and accurate booking and management of Venues, Artists etc.;
- Attend to Office Project Administration timeously;
- Accurate, timeous feedback and support to stakeholders;
- Briefing of suppliers;
- Utilization of network opportunities resulting in new Business and Relationship building; Positive teamwork, self-management and alignment with group values;
- Actively monitor and meet targets as set out in performance contracts.
