Job Title: Technology Lead
Location: Abuja
Job Purpose
- As Technology Lead you will lead a team of engineers to design, develop and scale CrowdForce’s software products. Ensuring coding standards are met and products are built to scale and meets global standards.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
- Facilitate the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
- Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
- Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
- Acts as a good steward of Company’s resources and ensures proper controls of IT.
- Identifies and explores new areas or platforms for team capacity strengthening; carry out training to team members.
- Develops training schedules and support manuals and ensures weekly presentations in existing products and areas of research/discoveries.
- Performs products usage monitoring and analysis.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics or any closely related field is required
- A professional certification is an added advantage
- Must be proficient in C Sharp.Net, Java Script, Blockchain and Python.
- Must have experience leaving a software engineering team.
- Good knowledge of relational and structural databases and how to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Understands design principles behind a scalable application
- Sound knowledge of version control tools such as git
- Strong knowledge of web server exploits and their solutions
- Passion for best design and coding practices, and a desire to develop new interesting ideas
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern web development technology
