Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Manage and direct the daily marketing and operational activities of the Lease department.
- Structure viable lease transactions in line Rosabon’s investment and pricing policy.
- Carry out comprehensive financial analysis on customer’s financial statements as part of a complete credit analysis report on Lease requests from multinationals and SMEs.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreement.
- Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service and relationship management.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the department.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
- Prepare concise finance reports which enables efficient decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related fields. Masters is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years work experience in the financial Industry.
- Candidate must possess strong communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure; knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms; strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills.
