Job Title: Personal Assistant to the ED (Sales and Marketing)

Job Description
- The prospective candidate will support the ED in delivering sales and marketing results.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies and manage logistics
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Excellent use of Excel
- Previous experience in a customer support role or similar role that involves customer support and sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
