Job Title: Lubes Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Reports to the Head, Lubes
- The Lubes Marketing Manager is responsible for creating awareness for a range of lubricants within the various identifiable market segments and consequently developing and executing strategies to exploit gaps and increase market share.
- Developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with retail and commercial sales team, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future lubricant products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan for lubricants, working with all departments to execute.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer preference and position our lubricants accordingly.
- Business development - targeting major national key accounts in the industrial and consumer markets. Developing a nationwide distributor network.
- Create product awareness and lead marketing promotions programme.
- Grow our lubricants market share by penetrating existing markets, identifying and extending into new markets and new product development.
- Ensure all line staff are trained and are accountable for EHS compliance in the line functions.
- Ensure NCs from EHS-MS audit of line functions are tracked and closed out.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
