Job Title: Property Management Officer (Intern)

Job Description
- Assist in leasing apartments, maintaining list of available apartment.
- Participate in the follow-up of prospective tenants, through telephone calls within 24 hours.
- Assist with inspecting available apartment with new tenant, ensuring they fill the the pre-occupation inspection forms, reviewing all leasing paperwork and property rules.
- Participate in collecting, processing and reporting receipt of security deposits, rents and other fees.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: OND in Estate Management.
- Must reside in Lagos.
