Job Title: Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Expert
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Job Summary
- This role is required to collect and process time sheet data and payroll information for all our clients as well as manage all compensation and rewards programs.
Job Description
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Perform compliance and statutory checks and ensure timely processing
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Fill out spreadsheets and use other administrative software to make sure employees are accurately paid for the hours that they work.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working with Payroll software is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in payroll administration
- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Proficiency in the use of Office suite of products, especially MS Excel
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate work under pressure
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
