Job Description
- We are currently recruiting for the position of a Business Development Manager for our client in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge on sales and marketing, with excellent track record of achievements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Formulates and implements marketing strategies.
- Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategy.
- Builds, manage and generate leads and teams.
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique value
Requirements
- Must possess proven ability to close deals
- Must possess excellent targeting and prospecting skills in the Real Estate Industry.
- Must be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and goal oriented.
- Must have an outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Minimum experience of 5 years as a Business Development Manager in the Real Estate with track records of achievements.
- HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration, Estate Management or related field.
