Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location
: Lagos

Responsibilities
  • The front desk officer will report to the admin manager and will work closely with finance to ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis.
  • Receive clients and visitors.
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed.
  • Manage office supplies and be responsible for inventory.
  • Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements
  • First degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Document control skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Schedule management skills.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer skills including MS Word.
  • Candidates should reside around Lekki, Lagos.
Salary
N65,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
