We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Mass Affluent

About
  • Preferred candidate will be responsible for developing sales resources, leading field communication efforts & ensuring consistent field execution with our Mass Affluent strategy.
  • The sales mass affluence will focus on developing & enhancing customer relationship management & deepening tactics; helping to improve customer satisfaction & earning our client more customers.
  • The preferred candidate will also be responsible for ensuring alignment with our client's business program (strategy, training, tactics, and execution) & ensuring our client's customers all parts of our Mass Affluent program.
Responsibilities
  • Participates & leads strategic projects that tie to our mass affluent program
  • Creates sales resources, conversation guides, & job aids
  • Analyzes key mass affluent metrics to determine gaps & best practices- builds plans to improve results
  • Works directly with line manager, sales team & retail leadership (DMs, BMs) to ensure program elevates the customer experience
  • Keeps a pulse on colleague & customer responses to the program by running regular focus groups & feedback sessions
  • Ensures connectivity & consistency with this program as it relates to our overall sales process, The Customer Relationship Experience
  • Partner with key stakeholders from product, pricing, marketing, sales, branches, technology, payments, investments, digital, and risk in order to ensure mutual goals are achieved
  • Understand customer portfolio management & how to grow a book of business
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of a portfolio management experience
  • Experience in retail marketing
  • 1 - 2 years experience
  • Preferably female from the north
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organization & time management skills
  • Ability to observe skills, analyze opportunities & create improvement plans with colleagues
  • Strong understanding of mass affluent with track record of success
  • Quality presentation skills
  • Ability to manage both the big picture & details of major projects
