Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Directing system testing and validation procedures.
- Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
- Directing software programming and documentation development.
- Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
- Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
- Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 26 years of age and must be able to work flexible hours.
- Experience of full stack development in either Java/Python/C/C++ or Scala
- Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
- Experience working in a telecom environment
- Experience in IoT and Smart-Tech
- Experience with VM servers, Oracle database, MariaDB, MySQL
- Experience work in Linux environment and shell scripting would be nice to have.
