  • Sensitization and Enlightenment
  • Aggressive Customer Acquisition and Resident Enrolment
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Deepen and Improve Residents Participation
  • Ensure Residents Continuous Patronage
  • Recruitment and Management of Wellness Ambassadors
Required Qualities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years track record in insurance agency development and management
  • An agency office with complimentary training facilities.
  • Minimum of 2 qualified agency managers and trainers
  • Experience in health insurance agency development and management will be an added advantage
