Job Title: ERP Tally Software Support Officer
Location: Ogun
Responsibilities
This position will have the overall accountability to support the ERP end users to:
- Trouble shoot implementation related issues
- Ensure timely support is provided
- Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
- MIS reports analysis
- Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis
Requirements
- HND/ Graduate in Accounts or IT (Computers).
- Must be based in Ota Ogun State
- He should have at least 5 years of industrial experience in any software in Finance, Sales, Inventory modules, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
- Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
- Analytical Skills
- Must be a go getter.
- Communication & Organisational skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
- Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly
