Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Developing strong relationships with customers,
- Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Establish program timeline
- Collaborate with client on program content
- Direct Account Coordinators’ duties
- Set-up on-line registration
- Manage program budget/gross margin and provide regular updates to the client in the form of a Change Order
- Coordinate, chair and recap program review, briefing & debrief meetings
- Prepare supplier purchase orders
- Reconcile final vendor invoices
