Roles and responsibilities
- Receive the creative brief. Work with campaign team to further understand the creative brief to ensure delivery of relevant and consistent creative solutions.
- Explore and develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, product or brand in order to deliver creative solutions which are relevant to the client’s business / brand as a whole.
- Present innovative creative ideas and concepts to client; provide stimulus to help client visualize the creative idea.
- Present final creative ideas to client; ensure client is on board with creative idea.
- Build a reputation for being an integral part of the agency team by the client.
- Make effective recommendations whilst balancing creativity with suitability/budget for the task, e.g. choice of photographer, illustrator, voice‐over, cast talent, film‐maker/director to work on campaign(s); choice of music for client’s product.
- Visit and assess locations for potential shoots; select props/wardrobe.
Skill set
- Operational effectiveness: Has an understanding of people as consumers and what communications might motivate them.
- Graphic and packaging designers.
- Production artist.
- Pre‐press preparation. Styling

Highest qualification: B.Sc
